In the July, 2007 Forwarders Forum from AirCargoWorld, Brandon Fried, the Executive Director for the Airforwarders Association, shared the following thoughts about the importance of strategic expansion of the most important air cargo airports in the world. Specifically, he talks about a term called "Aerotropolis," which descirbed a type of urban planning which is comprised of aviation businesses and related enterprises extending outward from major airports.
